Molay Das
Research & Development Coordinator
For over three years, Molay has led VOSD’s research, data, and technology initiatives – driving programs that uplift underprivileged communities across rural Bangladesh. His work in education, economic empowerment, and women’s empowerment has shaped some of the organisation’s most impactful development programs.
Heart of Humanity Award
In 2026, Molay was honoured with the Heart of Humanity Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to social development – for exemplary work in education, economic empowerment, women’s empowerment, and the upliftment of underprivileged communities across rural Bangladesh.
Where Molay Makes a Difference

Women’s Empowerment
Supporting women’s economic participation, skills development, and digital literacy – designing programs that give rural women greater control over their livelihoods and futures.
